The Signature Experience is our fully managed interior design service for homeowners who want a cohesive, beautifully resolved home, without managing the process themselves.
From early planning to final installation, each stage is clearly guided and carefully managed. You’re involved in the design decisions at every step, with the reassurance that the practical detail and coordination are being handled thoughtfully.
The process is structured, collaborative and considered, making the journey feel just as rewarding as the finished space.
This service is generally best suited to projects with anticipated furnishings and works investments from £45,000. Design fees are tailored separately according to the scope and requirements of the project.

How It Works
1. Initial Conversation
A complimentary 15–20-minute call to hear about your home and plans, answer initial questions and establish whether we are well-suited to work together.
2. The Exploratory
We explore the property, lifestyle, priorities, practical requirements, early design direction, scope and likely level of investment.
3. Concept Design
We establish the overall creative direction, which may include initial layouts, colour palettes, materials, furniture, lighting and bespoke elements.
4. Design Development and Presentation
Once the concept has been agreed, we develop and refine the details, supported by visuals, drawings, samples and specifications. The completed design is then presented for approval.
5. Procurement and Preparation
Purchasing begins once the design has been approved and is substantially complete. We coordinate orders, suppliers, makers, deliveries and logistics while providing the relevant information to the appointed trades.
6. Installation and Styling
We work alongside your appointed trades and specialist suppliers as the design is installed. The furniture, lighting, window treatments, artwork and finishing details are then brought together and styled as one complete home.

If you progress into The Signature Experience, the fee paid for The Exploratory will be credited in full towards the agreed full-service design fee.
